TICKETS FOR CHILDREN:
Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. UM athletics requires everyone to have a ticket regardless of age to be admitted to UM basketball games.
GROUP TICKETS/PREMIUM SEATING:
Group discounts are offered for certain events at the Watsco Center. Typically the minimum order is 10 tickets, but this may vary per event. Premium Level Suite tickets are available for all events at the Watsco Center.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS:
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Watsco Center website and telephone line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new date has passed.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase. Exchanges will only be awarded in extraordinary cases.
If the tickets were purchased at the Watsco Center Box Office:
Cash payment: Call or visit the Watsco Center. All efforts will be made to find a record of your ticket purchase. If no record can be found, then the tickets cannot be replaced.
Credit Card Payment: Call or visit the Watsco Center Box Office. The following information will be required: customer’s name, date of purchase, type of credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided.
If the tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster (online, charge by phone or at an outlet), please contact their Customer Service Department at 1-800-745-3000.
For patrons with disabilities
Wheelchair access is available through our Suite/Elevator Entrance on the South Side of the building.
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Watsco Center. ADA seating is available to the patron with disability and one guest.
Handicap Accessible Parking:
For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Watsco Center. Handicap accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the venue. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Watsco Center and then park their car in one of the lots and meet that person inside the Watsco Center. Parking fees are already included in ticket prices.
Watsco Center ADA representatives are available to assist wheelchair-bound guests and guests on crutches at any entrance. Our representatives will take you as close as possible to your seat and make arrangements to pick you up at the end of the night. Simply notify any Event Staffer at any of our entrances and they will radio for assistance.
