Smoking Policy
The University of Miami is a smoke-free campus, therefore smoking is prohibited at the Watsco Center.

Re-Entry Policy
There is NO re-entry into the Center.

Cameras and Audio/Video Equipment
Video Equipment is prohibited for all Watsco Center Events. Cameras are generally prohibited for all concerts, but permitted for most graduation ceremonies. Please check with individual school. Banners, Signs and Flags Are Not Allowed

First Aid

If a guest requires first aid there is a First Aid Room located on the lower level under section 119.

Lost and Found
All lost items are brought to the Security Office. The item is tagged with the location found (section, row, seat), along with the date. After an event, lost items may be picked up at the Security Office. Items will be held for thirty days. Please call 305-284-8209 to see if your item has been found.

Alcohol Policy
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it. Alcohol may be served at select adult oriented concerts and events. Florida State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification.

Children Rules
All ages welcome. Child ticket policies vary per event, please call the venue at 305-284-8686. All strollers, carriers, and car seats or item of any kind must be checked upon entering the building at our VIP Lobby entrance.

no folding chairs
no water bottles/mugs
no baby strollers, carrier, car seats or items of any kind
no laptop computers
