Whether catering to a small number of patrons enjoying a suite, hundreds of guests in our 500 sq. ft. Hurricane 100 Room, or our 8,000 sq. ft. multipurpose space in the Fieldhouse, or a sit-down banquet for 1,000 guests on the floor of the arena space, Chartwells’ staff consistently demonstrates attention to detail in food preparation and service and décor which creates the ultimate catering experience for banquets, corporate meetings, cocktail parties, and receptions.

Watsco Center Arena Floor – 183′ x 119′ – Seat 1,000 guests banquet style or host a reception for up to 2,000
Fieldhouse – 110′ x 70′ – Seat 400 guests banquet style or host a reception for up to 1,100
Hurricane 100 Room – 70′ x 48′ – Seat 160 guests banquet style or host a reception for up to 460
